Ann Arbor Bicentennial Tile

The Ann Arbor Bicentennial tile was created by Nawal Motawi of Motawi Tileworks, to celebrate 200 years of the rich history and cultural heritage that make Ann Arbor the vibrant and dynamic place that it is today.

The tile features city icons such as the 1853 Kempf House, street musician Shakey Jake, and the perennial Hash Bash (symbolized by a cannabis leaf).
